Law Firm “Gaidarov & Dochev” was created in 2010 and combines the activities of the two managing partners – attorney-at-law Georgi Dianov Gaidarov, member of Sofia Bar Association, and attorney-at-law Dimitar Blagomirov Dochev, member of Varna Bar Association. Later, in 2013, the managing partners founded Law Firm “Gaidarov & Dochev”. Our aim to develop inevitably led to enlargement the scope of activities and the team as well. Attorney-at-law - Georgi Gaidarov Managing partner Attorney-at-law - Georgi Gaidarov graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Sofia University ‘St. Kliment Ohridski’ in 2000. His second master’s degree- in “Public Finances” he received from Faculty of Finance and Accounting at University of Economics- Varna. He graduated from First Language School Varna with intensive studying of English Attorney-at-law Gaidarov has over 18 years of professional experience. From 2001 until 2006 he was a trainee, and then a judge at city of Varna and since 2007 he is a lawyer at Sofia Bar Association. From 2010 he is an arbitrator at UNITED NATIONS COMMISSION ON INTERNATIONAL TRADE LAW (UNCITRAL). Thanks to his long-term attorney's experience, combined with the experience gained through his work as a magistrate, Georgi Gaidarov is an expert in field of property, trade, banking and commercial law, as well as in insolvency proceedings. In his practice attorney-at-law Gaidarov is an expert with rich professional biography, who gained the reliance of his clients and the evidence of this is the constant expansion of the clientele. Mr. Dochev is an attorney with over 14 years of legal experience. A specialist in civil, commercial and contractual law in particular in bankruptcy/ insolvency procedures, administrative law and process. He is representing Commercial Bank "UBB" JSC in civil and commercial matters. Since 2007 he is a representative lawyer of Mincipal bank, Financial center Varna. He graduated "Law" from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in 2000 as well as Fourth Language School „Frderic Joliot-Curie” - Varna. He is fluent in the French, English and Russian languages. Attorney-at-law Mariyola Fileva received a master’s degree in Law from Sofia University “Saint Kliment Ohridski” in 2019. She graduated with honors from Foreign language school “Zaharii Stoyanov” Sliven, with intensive studying of English and Spanish.

In 2016 Mariyola Fileva joined the team of Law firm “Gaidarov and Dochev” as an intern and from 2020 she is an attorney-at-law at Sofia bar association.

Attorney-at-law Mariyola Fileva is a holder of Certificate of Arbitration. In 2017 she received an award from Sofia Bar Association for essay “Bar- guarantor for human rights”. In 2018 she received an award for best defendant at competition for civil and commercial law at Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski. She is а participant in various seminars and conferences such as seminar about “Medicine delict”, “Problems of claim of art. 135 under Law of obligations and contracts in theory and practice” etc.

Attorney-at-law – Tsvetanka Grozeva

Attorney-at-law Tsvetanka Grozeva graduated in Law at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ” in 2015. She specialized in French Law in Robert Shuman University in Strasbourg. She speaks English and French and has internationally recognized certificates of profiency in these languages. She graduated French Language High School „Alphonse de Lamartin“ in 2008.

Attorney-at-law Tsvetanka Grozeva began practicing her legal profession in 2008, when she started working in a notary office. After that she started working in a law firm, where she deepenen her knowledge and experience in the procedural law. She participates in the Eurocases project of APIS EUROPE – European legal information register for the practice of European courts in relation with EU law. He has a view of the practice of the French courts.

Junior attorney-at-law Ivan Stoyanov

Junior attorney-at-law Ivan Stoyanov graduated in Law at Law Faculty of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2020. He is graduated “Geo Milev” Language High School, Dobrich and has internationally recognized certificate of English profiency.

Ivan Stoyanov began to practice his legal career as an intern in law firm. He did an internship in a notary office, where he deepened his knowledge in property and contact law. For two years he worked as a Legal Advisor in the office of private bailiff.

He is part of the team of the Law firm “Gajdarov and Dochev” since 2022.
